Who are weThe three Bakers Ltd began operating from September 1995. The philosophy of the company is governed by three major factors to achieve superior quality products:
- High quality supply of raw materials and the application of high standard production controls (we comform to ISO 22000 and HASSP & BRC approved.
- The maintenance of traditional recipes and tastes that represent our culrure and heritage.
- The provision of a fast, friendly and efficient delivery service to the end user as well as the the wholesale industry.
Our technically advanced equipment, in combination with our continuous and strict quality control throughout the production stages, (HACCP Certification) guarantee that our products will reach the market and our customers, with the highest hygiene standarts.

Our Facilities
Located at Nicosia, The three Bakers Factory is at the centre point of Engomi Industrial Area. Continuous investment in technology and equipment ensures uncompromising consistency and quality. We work to the strictest of food production standards, British Retail Consortium standard (BRC) Higher level and HACCP throughout our plant.
With a keen eye to service and versatility we pride ourselves on our capabilities to "turn around" projects and deliver timely new product development. This is what makes us the preferred vendor for some of the biggest retailers and food service providers in Cyprus and Greece.
HACCP CERTIFIED
Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) is the main platform for international legislation and good manufacturing practices for all sectors of the food industry. HACCP also forms a key component of many certified compliance standards and is recognized as a main element of international trade in food products.HACCP is a risk management tool recognized internationally for use in the proactive management of food safety issues. A HACCP system helps you to focus on the hazards that affect food safety through hazard identification and to establish critical control limits at critical points during the production process.
ISO22000Is an international standard that defines the requirements of a food safety management system covering all organizations in the food chain from “farm to fork”.
The standard combines generally recognized key elements to ensure food safety along the food chain, including:
- Interactive communication
- System management
- Control of food safety hazards through pre-requisite programmes and HACCP plans
- Continual improvement and updating of the food safety management system
